Thrive offers both individual and group-based sessions. Our group-based sessions are specially cultivated spaces where leaders foster a confidential, private, and supportive network of other executive leaders sharing the journey to self-actualization.
Our services are offered remotely through our client portal
Our portal allows for secure, private and confidential sessions to take place at a time or place of convenience for the client. For example, connecting through the platform on a device while traveling abroad, working from the office, or at home.
Service Offerings
Using evidence-based tools and practices, work with the Thrive team is data-driven and monitored over the course of engagements to ensure Executive Leaders are charting a course to success and optimization.
Common goals include: career advancement, exiting a role while keeping relationships in tact, inspiring and managing relationships with investors/stakeholders, motivating and leading teams.
Individual
60 minute individual sessions including outcome monitoring, feedback, and specific goal planning and execution.
30 minute focused sessions to work through specific, brief, time-limited questions or consultations (e.g., workshopping messaging before pressing “send” on an important email; working through intense emotions in advance of a negotiation, meeting, or interaction; debriefing after an event).
Group
ThriveSpace offers curated, confidential retreats for leaders with similar objectives and needs. Our in-person, intimate retreats include opportunities for stimulating learning sessions that facilitate relationship building, and deepening of skill-building.
The exclusive settings for our retreats offer high-end amenities and gourmet food offerings to allow comprehensive opportunities to enhance wellness.
